Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient maintenance services in continuous process plants on plant engines and mechanical equipment.
- Manage day-to-day operations in inventory control, quality of sub-contractors’ work and team performance to maintain operational costs within budget, and generate deliverables according to operation teams’ requirements.
- Plan the maintenance team in the installation, testing and commissioning of plant modification projects or upgrading works.
- Ensure strict compliance of work procedures and teams’ behaviors with local regulatory, corporate safety and industrial standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in continuous plant maintenance and operations.
- Prepared and able to take a hands-on-approach in troubleshooting and problem solving in plant machinery especially rotating equipment, pumps and static equipment such as vessels and exchangers.
- Preferred industry experience in industrial/power generation/marine/petrochemical or refinery plant maintenance, commissioning and start-up.
